Soap Opera

Sunday, December 12, 2004

You know, it just occurred to me that one reason I haven't written as much lately is that the soap opera factor at work has been dialed down quite a bit. Not that there isn't tension, but senior management isn't changing their tune anytime soon so that stalemate remains the same. We have some tension between us and certain executives in our corporate parent, but we're also looking to maneuver around that in the next 6-12 months. Maneuver can be the best weapon wielded in a corporate fight. Once we've deployed and integrated the product that transforms that fight, I will talk about it here.
