New Programmer

Wednesday, April 21, 2004

Our new programmer has already completed one project and is working on another, more complex one. When reviewing the interview candidates we knew that the other people had more engaging personalities and were more polished (or perhaps glib) with their interview answers. However, the one we hired was chosen by ruthlessly paying attention to her ability to code. She could, the others could not. End of story.

So what we have now is someone who has jumped into coding projects already, set up her environment to be what she needs and is learning rapidly. How about that!
