Book Review by Chapter
Sunday, April 27, 2003 I just started reading a book called The Executive's Guide to Information Technology. The authors, John Bascab and Jon Piot, work for an IT consultancy that specializes in turning around ineffective IT. I had read some good press about this book and, in my new role as semi-executive of an IT department, wanted to match their experiences with how I've built and continue to build my IT department.
