Friday, March 07, 2003 Phillip Windley has created an IT Hierarchy of Needs. At the bottom is creating the base infrastructure of an organization, with the ultimate goal being business intelligence. Of course. At the end of the day, IT should be pushing information to the people who need it. It presupposes that management knows what to do with it.
