Even Dictators Have Committee Meetings
Friday, March 07, 2003 I serve on a few committees. I even chair one of them. Committees, to my mind, are usually giant wastes of time intended to create paper for regulators. I am amused this morning to find out that Iraq has committees running its weapons programs, according to the report by El Baradei this morning.
